My dear people of Kaduna North Senatorial District,

Our district occupies a unique place in Kaduna State and Nigeria. We are home to some of the nation's most important educational institutions, commercial centres, agricultural communities, and cultural heritage. From the urban communities of Kaduna North and Zaria to the farming communities of Lere, Kubau, Ikara, Kudan, Makarfi, Sabon Gari, and Soba, our people share a common desire for peace, opportunity, and development.

The challenges facing our people are real: insecurity, unemployment, poor infrastructure, inadequate healthcare services, educational gaps, and limited economic opportunities. These challenges require practical solutions, effective representation, and purposeful leadership.

This manifesto outlines my commitment to delivering that leadership.

Agricultural Transformation

Agriculture remains the backbone of Kaduna North's economy and the primary source of livelihood for thousands of families across our senatorial district.

The economies of Lere, Kubau, Ikara, Kudan, Makarfi, Soba, Sabon Gari, Zaria and other communities depend heavily on agriculture. Lere in particular stands as one of the leading agricultural hubs in Kaduna State, contributing significantly to food production and rural economic activities. The prosperity of our district is closely tied to the success of our farmers.

I will:

• Facilitate access to fertilizers and improved seedlings.
• Promote irrigation farming.
• Advocate for rural roads connecting farms to markets.
• Encourage agro-processing industries.
• Support agricultural cooperatives and farmers' associations.
• Promote modern farming techniques and agricultural extension services.
• Facilitate access to agricultural financing opportunities.

The prosperity of our farmers is the prosperity of Kaduna North.

Revitalising Education

Kaduna North is known as the educational heartland of Northern Nigeria.

As Senator, I will:

• Expand scholarship opportunities for students.
• Facilitate educational intervention projects.
• Support renovation of schools and learning facilities.
• Promote digital and technical education.
• Establish mentorship programmes linking students with successful professionals.

Our youth deserve the tools to compete nationally and globally.

Youth Empowerment and Employment
